Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Munshi, an AI-powered voice assistant for business record-keeping, operated by Adhia Technologies ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Munshi via WhatsApp, Discord, or the web dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Munshi is an AI assistant that receives voice notes, text messages, images, and PDFs from business owners. It transcribes, classifies, stores, summarizes, and searches your business records. Munshi also provides reminders, financial tracking, project management, and AI-generated reports.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate information at signup
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Accounts

  • One account per person/business entity
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Munshi offers free and paid tiers with different usage limits
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPro
  • Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice
  • Usage (voice minutes) resets at the start of each billing cycle
  • Downgrading to a lower tier may restrict access to certain features

5. Free Trial

  • New users receive a 30-day free trial with Pro-tier features (capped at 500 minutes)
  • At trial end, your account converts to the paid tier you selected, or downgrades to Free
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge

6. Your Content

  • You own your data. Voice notes, messages, documents, and all derived data belong to you.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely to provide the service
  • We do not use your content to train AI models
  • We do not share your content with other users or third parties (except processors listed in our Privacy Policy)
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you send to Munshi

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Munshi for any illegal purpose
  • Send content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Use Munshi to store highly sensitive data (government secrets, medical records not your own, etc.)
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our permission
  • Send spam or automated bulk messages through Munshi

8. AI-Generated Content

  • Munshi uses AI (OpenAI models) for transcription, classification, analysis, and summaries
  • AI outputs may contain errors — they are provided as-is, not as professional advice
  • Financial data extracted by Munshi should be verified before making business decisions
  • Munshi is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice

9. Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
  • Third-party service outages (OpenAI, Meta, Discord) are beyond our control
  • We are not liable for data loss due to service interruptions — we recommend exporting important data regularly

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Munshi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
  • We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content

11. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days (for recovery), then permanently deleted
  • Sections 6, 8, 10, and 12 survive termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via your preferred communication channel at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
