1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. They help websites remember your preferences and keep you logged in.
2. Cookies We Use
a) Essential Cookies (Required)
These are necessary for the dashboard to function. You cannot opt out.
- Authentication cookies — managed by Supabase Auth, these keep you logged into your dashboard session. They contain a secure session token (no personal data). Expire when you log out or after 7 days of inactivity.
- CSRF protection — prevents cross-site request forgery attacks on form submissions.
b) Functional Cookies (Optional)
- Theme/preferences — remembers your display preferences (if applicable). Stored locally, never sent to our servers.
3. Cookies We Do NOT Use
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies
- We do not use third-party analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar)
- We do not share cookie data with any third party
- We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles
4. WhatsApp and Discord
When you interact with Munshi via WhatsApp or Discord, no cookies are involved. Those platforms have their own cookie and privacy policies.
5. Managing Cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings:
- Clear cookies: removes all stored data (you will need to log in again)
- Block cookies: the dashboard will not function correctly without essential cookies
- Private/incognito mode: cookies are cleared when you close the window
6. Changes
If we add new types of cookies in the future, we will update this page and notify you if the changes are material.
